Dedicated Service Team

Our team of 20 engineers, office administration staff and managers are on hand to help you with any and all enquiries you may have and are dedicated to providing great quality service to all customers whatever the problem.

Our office open hours are 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday, if you have any problems or enquiries please do not hesitate to call and speak with one of our friendly, experience service administrators.

All of our fully trained engineers operate their own hours Monday to Friday and are flexible to accommodate your practice open hours.

Comprehensive Maintenance Plan

Our service contracts are structured “pay as you go” and call outs are a set price per machine per visit, whereas some companies charge per mile or hour, we believe in treating all our customers equally. There are two structures of maintenance plan available to best suit your needs; a once yearly servicing plan or a twice yearly servicing plan. Both of which include a fix price per machine per visit, discount breakdown cover, free of charge return visits* and the freedom to cancel your contract at any time. Discounts are also available for any customers signing a vast amount of equipment on to a contract with us**.

Small Item Repairs

Whether you are on a service contract with us or not we also provide a comprehensive in house repairs service for all your smaller items. Unlike no other company, our in house repairs team of 4 engineers are all fully trained in providing technical advice, repairing, adapting and calibrating your equipment. As well as this we also provide a clipper blade sharpening service for all blade types *. Our workshop aims for a fast turnover of repairs and are able to outsource parts efficiently in the event that we do not have the parts in stock. Rental 

The VERSE MEDICAL SUPPLIERS Autoclave Rental Scheme

The VERSE Autoclave Rental Scheme differs from most other rental schemes because it offers true rental. Meaning that you are not tied in to a contract for a fixed period, there are not hidden 3 or 5 year finance package in disguise.

Rental machines give you the freedom to upgrade and change specification at any time without penalty. At times when change to autoclave specifications are proposed but not confirmed it is possible to change with ease from a non- vacuum to a vacuum, to a CJD cycle, to autoclaves with cycle validation printers. Rental machines are provided without hassle and you will be safe in the knowledge that you can freely cancel the rental at any time.

Equally, since the rental is direct from the manufacturer with no finance costs our rental machines are also affordable in the longer term.

Repairs Centre  

Here to Help 

Our In-House Repair Facility not only provides after sales support for the products we sell, we can in many instances service and repair other instruments as well.

Whether it’s just a battery replacement or something more serious, we will be pleased to help. So if you are ever in the situation where you’re not sure who to turn to, why not give us a call.

Estimates are free of charge and we offer a 90 day warranty on all work carried out.

Technicians

All our technicians have had extensive training in all aspects of repair and maintenance of the products we offer. You will be able to speak personally to the technician undertaking the repair for advice on maintenance and their diagnosis of faults found with your equipment.

Facilities and Equipment

We have a newly refurbished, well equipped workshop based at our Verse headquarters.  As part of our quality system all our test equipment, such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, refracts meters etc. are calibration checked in accordance with manufacturers guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable performance.

We service and repair:

The actual cost of the repair will vary dependant on the extent of the work that is required and the cost of any replacement parts used.

When sending any item to us for repair, please ensure that you either enclose a covering letter with your contact details and a description of the fault or complete a ‘workshop repairs form’ available to dowload below. If you require an estimate before the work is carried out this should be stated in the covering letter, otherwise repairs below R 2000.00 will be automatically carried out and the equipment returned to you as soon as possible.

We not only provide after sales support for all the products in our range, we can also help with repairs to other items too! So the next time something goes bang, why not give us a call. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after an estimate has been provided we will either return or dispose of the item for you.  Please ensure that any item you intend sending has been thoroughly decontaminated first.  We reserve the right to return an item to you unrepaired if it is thought to be hazardous to the health of our employees.

When sending your items please protect your equipment with suitable and adequate amounts of packaging, make sure the outside of the box has your return address on it in case of non-delivery and always send items by a carrier service that will obtain a signature on delivery and do take out insurance against loss or damage in transit.  You will appreciate that we can only assume responsibility for your item once it has been received at our premises.
